We want you to love your Hill House Home pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the dropdown menu to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
